What we do

Our lab is broadly interested in RNA bioinformatics and genomics. Our research focuses on applying computational and statistical methods to elucidate biological questions in RNA regulation, especially those related to omics data, aiming to enhance the understanding of RNA regulation in complex traits or disease context. Major research topics of our group include:

RNA lifecycle

Alternative Polyadenylation, Alternative splicing, RNA editing

Noncoding genome

Noncoding RNA, Cis-regulatory elements

Single Cell Biology

Tumor microenvironment, Maternal-infant interfaces

Precision Medicine

Biomarker Panels, Drug repositioning
